Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Bon Voyage by Barbour LLC. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a trip with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- "Agency" refers to Bon Voyage by Barbour LLC.
- "Client" refers to the person or persons booking a trip through the Agency.
- "Tour Operator" refers to the third-party companies that provide travel and tour services booked by the Agency on behalf of the Client.
- "Services" refers to the booking and payment processing services provided by the Agency.
2. Role of the Agency
The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Client and the Tour Operators. The Agency arranges travel services and tours provided by the Tour Operators but does not operate these services.
3. Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the Client has received a booking confirmation from the Agency.
- The Client must provide accurate information when making a booking. Any incorrect information may lead to delays or cancellations.
4. Payments
- The Agency will process payments on behalf of the Client to the Tour Operators.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due prior to departure as specified by the Agency.
- Payment methods accepted by the Agency will be communicated to the Client during the booking process.
5. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.
- The Agency reserves the right to correct any pricing errors before or after a booking is confirmed. If a significant price increase occurs prior to booking, the Client will be notified by the Agency and be given the choice whether to proceed with the booking.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by Tour Operator and will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking.
- The Agency will facilitate any cancellation requests but cannot guarantee refunds unless provided by the Tour Operator.
- Refunds will be processed according to the Tour Operator's policies and may take several weeks to process.
- Cancelled airfare can be rebooked with the airline for up to a year after cancellation date.
7. Changes to Bookings
- Any requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing to the Agency.
- The Agency will attempt to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
- Additional charges may apply for any changes to the original booking.
8. Travel Documents
- The Client will be provided travel documents from the Tour Operator 30 days prior to travel.
- The Client is responsible for maintaining valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.
- The Agency will provide general information on travel requirements but is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- All travelers must have a valid passport to complete international travel, regardless of age. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months after the end date of the trip.
9. Liability
- The Agency is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions or inactions of the Tour Operators and/or airlines.
- The Client agrees to release the Agency from any claims arising from the provision of the services by the Tour Operators.
- The Agency is not responsible for cancellation and/or refund policies enacted by Tour Operator.
- The Agency is not to be held responsible in the event that the Tour Operator declares bankruptcy.
- In the event of litigation, the Agency is not liable for any expenses beyond the Agency's compensation on the package.
10. Insurance
- The Client is strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential losses.
- The Agency can provide information on travel insurance options but is not responsible for any issues related to insurance claims.
11. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the services provided by the Tour Operators should be directed to the Tour Operators.
- The Agency will assist the Client in resolving any complaints but does not accept liability for the Tour Operators' services.
12. Amendments
The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Agency's website and will apply to bookings made after the date of the amendment.
13. Force Majeure
The Agency is not responsible for any inconveniences or interruptions related to weather, terrorism, acts of God, or destination-related issues such as labor strikes.
Payments
Client understands this is a disclosure of business practices and permissive payment agreement for the purchase of travel services. Client agrees that payments will be made direct to selected Tour Operators on my behalf by the Agency, paid in prorated amounts not to exceed the sum total of approved charges.
Client understands Debit Cards often impose “Daily Charge Limits” and multiple payments may be needed to complete the full balance due. Client is aware of any potential Cancellation, Refund and Surcharge Policies and Fees by Tour Operators and agree not to dispute or chargeback any of the signed for and acknowledged charges without proper course of action.
Client understands that payment extensions cannot be guaranteed, and payments submitted after the final payment date will result in a late payment penalty. Failure to pay the trip balance in full will result in cancellation of Client's reservation with applicable penalties.
The Agency will not release personal information to ANY parties not listed on the Client's finalized Travel Contract and will apply due diligence in maintaining records in a secured, safe location.
Travel Waiver
Client hereby verifies that they have been advised of all applicable fees that may be charged by the Tour Operator and has been offered the option to purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance.
Client understands that discounted fares and vacation packages often have restrictions, and that Client will be responsible for any fees associated with changing or canceling travel arrangements.
Client understands that they may purchase travel insurance at a later date and before travel takes place, but in that event, the terms and conditions of coverage may be more restricted.
Client understands that the Agency will relay any special requests pertaining to their trip (room location, bedding requests, airline seat assignments) will be relayed to applicable property/airline on their behalf, but are subject to approval and/or availability by said property/airline.
Client understands that they are responsible for ensuring travelers in the party meet all entry requirements for the destination (i.e. passport and visa requirements, immigration and entry forms). Denial of entry due to non-adherence to prescribed requirements is not the responsibility of the Agency.

BON VOYAGE BY BARBOUR LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST44898

Travel Advisories
- Current safety and safety advisories for the Client's destination are available to review at state.travel.gov. Clients are advised to register with the US Government's STEP Program in case in-destination assistance is needed.
- Clients are required to adhere to United States and international laws.
