WHY USE A TRAVEL AGENT?
I certainly understand that question; in the Internet age, many aren't aware that Travel Agents still exist!
I recognize that there are a myriad of travel websites that offer deals on destinations. What's missing is the personalized, one-on-one service that comes with working with a travel agent. I have traveled to many of my most popular destinations, toured resorts, eaten the food and met with staff. Booking online is convenient, but if you want first hand knowledge, allow me to help you. If you book online and have a question or concern, you'll be hard pressed to reach the same person twice. I have intimate knowledge of your travel arrangements and can attend to your needs on a more immediate basis. Plus, I can catch price reductions, travel advisories and other details about your trip that an Internet Agency is hoping you miss.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
In most cases*, there is no cost to you for my services. No gimmick, no catch. No hidden fees are built into the cost of your trip.
* Exceptions to this are Destination Weddings and large groups (20+ guests)
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Absolutely! Most vacation packages require an initial deposit and give you anywhere between 30-90 days before travel to make your final payment. Payments can be made at your convenience, as long as the balance is paid in full by the deadline. You only have to let me know when you're ready to make your next payment!
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Just like you protect your car from accidents and your home from fallen trees, travel insurance exists to protect your trip from unexpected cancellations, interruptions or delays. Your health insurance may not be recognized in another country, should you encounter a medical emergency. For these reasons, I strongly recommend insuring your travel investment with an insurance policy.
